This is not the easy dumpling recipe I learned from my mother. Her recipe had either 3 or 4 ingredients depending on if you used self rising flour. 1 to 2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder if using all purpose flour, and enough milk to form a craggy dough. Drop by spoonfuls on hot stew, soup, ect. Cover andd cook tem minutes. Serve hot.
